Joining Zoom Virtual Meeting Rooms

When it is time for the virtual meeting, supervisors should attend first to let the rest of the users in.

To Join a Virtual Meeting: #

1. On the Virtual Meetings page, click the eye icon next to the meeting that is about to start.
2. Click Open Zoom Meetings to open a meeting using preinstalled Zoom app.
3. Enter your name (your real name).
4. Click the camera icon and the mic icon to open the camera and the mic connected.
5. Click Join now.
