To login to the Digital Repository, please select from the side menu users and then select Digital Repository

– adding a new Digital Repository user (Content Creator/Scientific Reviewer/Technical Reviewer/Content Publisher)

-Search bar: to search for different users by different means like (user ID-Name-Role)

-View of all added users (User ID-Name-Role)

“Actions” allow the following options (view-edit-delete-permissions)

View: to login as the user using the super admin account

Edit: to edit user’s details

Delete: to delete the user from the school

Permissions: to add another role for the user in addition to his current role

Add New Digital Repository User

-Add user ID

-Select User Role

-Autogenerated login ID

-Login Name

-Autogenerated password

-Add First Name

-Add Middle Name

-Add Grandfather’s name

-Add Last Name

-Select gender

-Add birthdate

-Add birthplace

-Add Address

-Select Country Code

-Add mobile Number

-Add email Address

-You can restrict the user from login by selecting this option

-Select Nationality

-Add Specialization

-To add a personal photo

-Click on Save

– the menu has four different roles for the Digital Repository Manager (Content Creator/Scientific Reviewer/Technical Reviewer/Content Publisher)
