Compose

The Compose tab helps you write your emails and send them.

To send a new message: 

  1. Click “Compose.” 
  1. Select the school. 
  1. Write the subject of your email. 
  1. Set the importance and priority of your email. 
  1. Option to send to a group of students. 

  1. Select the recipient (System Administrator – Manager – Supervisor – Student – Student Advisor – Duty Supervisor – Registration Officer – Student Affairs Agent). 
  1. Click on the text box to write the message. 
  1. Click here to send the composed email. 1
  1. Click “Send” to send the message. 
  1. To save your email as a draft. 
  1. To attach a file from your device. 
  1. To view your inbox. 
  1. To view sent messages. 
  1. To view emails in the draft folder. 
  1. To view messages in the archive. 
  1. To view the trash.
