To Submit a New Support Ticket : #
  1. Click the Submit New Ticket button on the LMS Support page.
  2. Select the ticket type: Problem / Suggestion / Inquiry.
  3. Select the Module.
  4. Select the priority level of the ticket.
  5. check the ticket topic’s level checkbox (General/Schools Related Issues).
  6. Type a subject for the ticket.
  7. Write down the description of the support ticket.
  8. Copy the link of the page you want to inquire about.
  9. Add attachments explaining the topic of the support ticket (often an image/video).
  10. Click Submit to submit your ticket.
