Appointments 

Your account allows you to reserve appointments and organize all your meetings with colleagues, administrative staff, and parents at the educational institution. 

To reserve an appointment, follow these steps: 

  1. From the main menu, go to “Appointments.” 
  1. Choose “Reserve Appointment” from the dropdown menu. 
  1. You will be directed to complete the booking. 
  1. Select the group you wish to communicate with (e.g., student, teacher, accountant, supervisor, principal…). 
  1. Specify the relevant members. 
  1. Write the subject of the appointment. 
  1. You can add details as desired. 

To create a suitable appointment list for those who want to communicate with you, follow these steps: 

  1. From the main menu, go to “Appointments.” 
  1. Choose “My Appointments,” then “Add Schedule.” 
  1. Select the appropriate date. 
  1. Choose the available days. 
  1. Specify who can schedule an appointment with you. 
  1. Select the appropriate time. 
  1. Choose the type of meeting (in-person/remote). 
  1. Determine the number of appointments suitable for the time. 
  1. Specify the number of attendees for each appointment. 
  1. Click “Submit” to find the booked appointments in the electronic agenda. 

To review the appointment list: 

  1. From “My Appointments,” select “Appointment List.” 
  1. You can delete, edit, or review appointments and view details.
