Adding New Zoom Meeting Rooms

To Add a New Zoom Meeting Room: #

1. From the main menu, click the Virtual Classrooms drop-down button, then choose Virtual Meetings.
2. Click the Add a New Meeting Room button.
3. Choose External Link.
4. Click Continue.
5. Type the title of the meeting.
6. Insert the pre-made Zoom link.
7. Set the starting time of the meeting.
8. Select the duration of the meeting. (5 min – 120 min)
9. Click Create to add your meeting room.
